SHED
The shed is one of the greatest places on earth. Where else can you get away from it all the way you can in the shed? The Missus never moans about your bike posters in there, your bits and bobs can be left anywhere you like and it's the place where you can be alone with your bike.
It's not the most secure place in the world though is it? Most of the side is covered by a window and the door is held on by rusty old hinges that would not keep out a determined squirrel. But as always there is plenty you can do to make this little haven alot more secure.
Discretion again is your first weapon. Black out the windows so that you can see in. Line the interior of the shed with welded steel mesh and reinforce the door in the same way as suggested in the garage at the end of the road page. Fit a ground anchor, you may have to move the shed so that you can get to the concrete base to dig or screw it in.
